But what if I speak and say something that makes him feel worse -
i think that you can try talking to him and if he shows any signs of not wanting to talk or anything, you can try something else or just give him some time! a lot of the time when i’m not feeling okay, i don’t want people to talk to me but i still want to feel like people care
