I think things are less terrible but i cant be sure. Everything just feels numb
I still can't do the things I need to but I am trying to get there. I tried therapy for help but it honestly just made things worse.
Finding the motivation and enthusiasm to get up and do the things that would make me feel better just seems so impossible. But my job isnt draining me completely anymore so that's something. -
I love my job honestly. The pay could be better but it's not actively naking me ill most of the time

Today i cut my own hair, cleaned my room (partially) and washed/folded/put away all the clothes that had been living in my laundry basket for like.. 6 months. Plus i practiced some self care for the first time in a while. We'll see if i can do some skin care in the morning before work

Now im gonna play stardew valley a little and head to bed. Very productive day.
