So I have to go to the doctor in 15 mins bc I have a lump under my eye.
My mom said they were gonna put a needle in it.
Yall know that's a big nono for June
I don't want a needle near my body. Let alone my eyes.

So basically you breathe in for 3-5 seconds, hold your breath for 3-5 seconds, breathe out for 3-5 seconds, hold your breath again for 3-5 seconds, then repeat. And it always has to be the same amount of seconds. I typically do 3.

@angel i don't wanna sound rude but please don't say that to june! tbh she probably has some sort of phobia of needles which is understandable, i have a very small phobia of them. it's sort of something that you don't choose to have and it's a very intense fear that she has, so sometimes saying that may be insensitive. but i know you're not trying to be!

that phobia is trypanophobia, googled.
mother might have that phobia, so it is important to understand how other people feel about certain things. you don't know what can happen the next minute. cinna's post makes that clear so ^^^
