I need some help picking a solo

Thread Topic: I need some help picking a solo

So the first one I want to do is Go Home Girl by Garlic Storm
The problem with this one is that it's one or two notes out of my range (And I do want to use my chest voice to keep the mood)
So I'd have to sing it a cappella.
But I really really really want the music in there if I sang it.
But could an option be to sing in a different key that sounds good with the instrumental?
Another problem is that I can't find the instrumental, even though I KNOW I've seen it before.
The other one I want to do is Hushabye Blushabye by the Divers.
The problem with this one is that I know there's no background music without the lyrics. And again, I want the music, but it might be ok if I go without. -
The thing is I want to do Go Home more than Hushabye.

Something else is that I did find a website with the chords for Go Home, if it would help with the changing key option if that even is an option

Also I just asked my mom and she said you can't do the key thing.
So I guess I have to go with Hushabye
