if you're on mobile then you should see a bar at the bottom of your screen. one of the icons on it looks like a letter. click on that, click 'new owl' and type my name into the recipient thing! then you can add the subject and message, just like an email

yeah, because that's the basis of Hogwarts. if you read or watch harry potter, that's the first thing that first years do. it's just a small quiz though, it only takes a minute or a few!
