ok so this makes a LOT of sense
so i was learning about synastry(zodiac compatibility) and APPARENTLY you shouldn't judge who's compatible with who based on their main/sun sign. so like, i'm a cancer. if i were to date an aquarius or an aries, people would say, "oh, but that's weird- you're not compatible. FALSE.
the best overruling planets to use to match up people would be their mars sign, their venus sign, their moon sign, and their rising sign. you can find those on your zodiac chart.
the next thing about zodiac compatibility is that you shouldn't always judge specific signs. go by their element. there are four elements; each element will be more compatible with the element that compliments them. for example, the air signs(gemini, aquarius, libra) will be more compatible with the fire signs(aries, leo, sagittarius), and the earth signs(virgo, taurus, capricorn) will be more compatible with the water signs(cancer, pisces, scorpio).
so yeah. my mom is a sagittarius and my dad is a virgo but they've been happily married for around 30 years. according to their sun signs, they're not compatible, but i bet that their other signs are pretty compatible.
