i would like to clarify that if we were banning these two users under only assumption, we would have just done it ages ago; as mentioned in the original post, we have been investigating this hardcore for a while.
this conclusion came directly from GTQ_Guy after we asked him to investigate the IP addresses. IP addresses have been defined above. -
but yes bread is absolutely correct here too

If we had waited until we were 100% certain, nothing ever would've happened.
Unfortunately there's not much we can do to prepare for situations similar to this. We have very limited powers and just have to hope people are decent enough to treat others with respect -
