He ran up to me and hugged me, helping me sit on a bench.
"Those monsters." he muttered
Somehow, through my dry throat, I managed to croak out.
"Wh-wh-who..are..you.." -
I thought I would Die. I shook his hand. His clean, warm hand, against my greasy and dirty hand, But he didn't seem to mind. "H- Hi, Mr. Uh... Mr-" I didn't finish.
-
Ally stood watching awkwardly. She'd never really known her father, so this was very strange to her. And seeing him hug some random girl like that... She sighed, ignoring the splitting pain it caused in her ribs.
-
"Oh my God, what have they done to you if you can't remember your father." I started to choke. My father? Truth is, he probably was. My last memories were of 4 years old. I was beaten to much to remember any further than that.
-
I was the only one without a parent. I sigh, To be tapped on the back (Right on an opened cut) By a Woman. I stared into her intense eyes. She hugged me. "Who Ar-" She answered by gasping 'Son!' I thought I died.
-
Ally gasped and turned quickly to look over at her father. "I have a.... a.... a...." she choked on her words, unable to continue. She felt faint, so she quickly slipped out into the rainy night, hoping the raindrops could erase everything from her past.
-
"And James." the man whispered, embracing the boy who had pulled me into the shed. I tried to say something, but my throat was too dry.
"Oh my..." The woman reached into her bag, and pulled out 3 smaller bags. Each contained some water, a sandwich, and a fruit. "You look starved, my children." -
Ally sat against a tree, letting the rain drench her. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she tried to make sense of everything. She was so fragile.. and her father. He had the nerve to come back after over a decade of absence, letting her mother beat her like an animal!!!? She punched the ground, wincing when she heard her fingers crack. "Why..." she whispered.
-
While gobbling down the sandwich and fruit, I noticed the sun was rising.
"Oh no..." I whispered. I had to be home soon to make my parents coffee and breakfast. I took off through the forest. -
"Yes?" I whispered back. I was tense. But his calm, deep voice loosened me up a bit.
-
Ally saw the sun start to rise. "s---.." she muttered as she gathered herself up, starting to sprint in the direction of her home. She had to make her mother breakfast and clean or she would be dead by the end of the day.
-
I crawled back into the house quietly. s quickly as I could I prepared breakfast and got ready for my morning beating. In case you're wondering, annual beatings are scheduled through out the day. Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and when my dad isn't too drunk, Night.

Ally squeezed out her hair and rung out her clothes the best she could. She snuck in the window and started to close it when she sensed a figure towering above her. A pot came flying down and hit her square on the head. Dizzied, she fell to the ground and slurred her words, "Hi, Mom..."
