I one time had the same problem and it was actually just sinuses. My mom said based on what I described it felt the same way asthmatic people feel. Coughing made it feel better for a moment but then it was right back

i’m so upset with myself. i dyed my hair the other day to a lighter brown color. i used a different brand than usual because i thought the brand i usually used wouldn’t lighten enough.
the dye i used barely worked and my roots are still red while the rest of my hair isn’t.
apparently, the brand i usually use works amazingly for that shade. ;-; -
