  The moderator team has decided to ban Sniperlazy due to several accounts of sexual harassment and inappropriate messages towards minors.
  
  While not all of these messages were sent on the forums, we believe that the private messages he sent off-site are an indicator of behavior that he can potentially bring onto the website itself. We deemed him to be a potential threat to user's safety. Additionally, while we did consider the time span from his last offense up to now, we ultimately determined that he should still be held accountable for his actions and treated as an active offender.
