I think you often jump to fight for jill too quickly. Like, I completely agree with the the feeling behind it but it can be the opposite of helpful sometimes.

i agree with drekk, possibly being too clingy or overprotective may be an issue, even though you have good intentions.

i want to clarify that im not saying being clingy is an issue, just jumping to fight for her so quickly.

You have a pretty short temper and sometimes I feel you lash out at people, or can be quite petty at times.
And what Drekk said, sometimes you jump in to fight for Jill and defend her asap which can sometimes do more damage than it does good. People need to grow on their own sometimes, and when everybody rushes to defend them or whatever, it prevents that growth in a person. Sometimes this gets combined with your temper, so people take it the wrong way too, I feel, and they dont see it as you being helpful to the situation, but rather just you trying to defend your friend and get people to back off -
