You have a habit of getting involved in situations that don't really have anything to do with you. When you do that, it becomes more difficult to keep the situation controlled. My advice would be to try and let your friends resolve their problems on their own, unless they genuinely need someone to step in and calm them down.
Continuing with that, you sometimes say things that seem a bit guilt trippy. For example, if my memory serves me well, you said that your friends were "making you cry" when they were having a dispute. Commentary like that can make people feel bad or guilty for something beyond their control. It can also make the situation worse. You should try to be a bit more mindful of the things you say. -

Oh, I didn’t realize that until now. When I say something, I’m usually trying to help calm them down. I’ll work on not getting in the middle of things, though.
I don’t mean to guilt-trip anyone, it just reminds me of moments I try to forget, such as when I had a bad argument with my best friend or when I lost my friends due to a manipulative bully of mine. I’ll also work on keeping my feelings to myself. I’m sorry about that. -
A lot of people on this site have the tendency to want to help their friends out, which can be a really good thing! You just need to be mindful of how you approach the situation. ^^
