I know that I mishandled tonight. But, please, do not leave your happy place because of this.
I have yet to learn to accept criticism without taking personal offense. I took that thread personally because I had just finished writing an email to GTQ Guy before I came online But that does not excuse how I worded things, nor how I handled the situation. I apologize for my behavior.
Please make sure you do not hold what I said tonight against the moderator team. I spoke without asking them. They had no idea I was going to do what I did.
Again, I am really sorry for what I did. I know I can do better, and I will continue to make efforts to learn to be the kind of moderator you guys can trust. -
I guess while I'm on this page, I'd like to ask for any criticism you may have. I owe it to all of you to let you speak your minds without me getting defensive about it.

I already saw it, but I only said three things in thread; one about what you said on the first page, and both the second and third time trying to tell everyone to stop and that it's getting out of hand. I wasn't too involved. I realized that you weren't saying that her leaving is ridiculous, so I basically dipped.
I know you regret it, but there's honestly nothing you can do to go back in time. You weren't being as aggressive as other people, but I get what you're saying nonetheless. -
Now that I'm slightly more awake and alert, I can say that was the most confusing f---ing thing I've ever wrote.
What I meant to say, is.
Jill, I don't think you're a bad person. I misunderstood what you said, which is why I replied that one time. I'm not mad you, in any way, shape, or form. This wasn't solely on you. I think we all agree, on all parties, it was immature. We live, we learn. Don't worry too much about it.
