have very bad adhd lol. i haven’t been on meds for like almost 10 years bc of how i was starting to develop b*l*mia and all that, butttt now i have free therapy :D

what does it mean when someone hasn’t texted you for a long time (like 6pm to right now) and leaves you on opened while you’re sleeping so you have no clue what time they saw your message

i went skating with my friends today!! i’ve improved so much :) i can turn and skate without being near a wall now
