I haven't talked to many people about their periods, but so far, I have found that no pain killers work for periods cramps for anybody! I have to rely on heating pads

yea my aunt gave me a heating pad

i’ve never used a heating pad, my cramps are always awful

Heating pads are pretty much the only thing that helps me with my cramps -
i forget what mine looks like XD
