I'm extremely blind also, but I know which bottles are which, I guess. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are shaped differently, and the body wash is a completely different color.
Specific set of dishes. If I can, or if it makes more sense to do so, I prefer a plate and a fork. -

I have a specific bowl/plate/size of utensils that I use for every single type of meal. It makes me upset when the set is unavailable.
Drekk— Someone in a Discord server I'm in said supposedly only 5% of the population is genuinely afflicted by a mental illness. And another person pointed out how some people experience symptoms but don't necessarily have the full blown illness. For example, you can have symptoms of depression if you don't take vitamin D or go outside regularly. No sun = sad brain. -
