Jay for Moderator?

I support it, yeah, but I’d like to actually providing reasoning and not hide behind an alt like some users do, just because they fear others won’t agree with their opinions.
Do we exactly need more mods?
I would say we do to be honest, but this only because there aren’t a ton of active users on the site nowadays. However, the site is definitely starting to grow and we may need more mods in the future at least.
Why Jayfeather310?
Emy is fair, just, and unbiased in every situation she’s been in as of recent (to my knowledge). She is very easy to get along with and most users feel comfortable speaking with her.
Do we need a moderator under the age of 18+?
Personally, I think yes. I, myself am a minor and as a minor, I’d feel more comfortable reporting issues (especially issues regarding specific users personally such as bullying, harassment, etc.) to another minor. That’s just my preference, but I think most minors on the site would be comfortable speaking with Emy than some of the other moderators. (This is not an insult to them, it’s just the fact that she’s a minor and closer to their age).
Is Jayfeather310 fit to be a moderator?
Absolutely. I have seen her take on such jobs before (such as in Discord servers or other groups) and she fulfills her duties properly and responsibly.
So yes, due to these reasons, I think a new moderator would actually be necessary and beneficial, and I think this should be Jayfeather310 -

These are completely awesome reasons.
I think Emy should be mod when someone decides that we need another one. If anyone should be a mod it should be Emy -
I think Jay should be a mid because she would be the only mod who somewhat tolerates me

I agree with quiz, for the most part. If GTQ Guy doesn’t want another moderator - I won’t argue. If he does, I think Jay would be the best for that

And I think you have to be on the site for like, 2 or 3 years before becoming a moderator
And it's also up to the community
And we are all set on mods

Out of curiosity, what are we gonna do when Emy inevitably, grows up and we have no minors again? Do we sacrifice the oldest mod to the blood gods in exchange for a new and younger mod
