How many people would have to agree in order for Jay to become a mod? Or is it only up to the current moderators/GTQ guy? -
A while ago I did an active user count, we had 30. Add maybe ten to that (I'm being generous here), that makes 8 mods to 40 users. 1:5 as a ratio, which is crazy low. And that's not taking the mod count from the user count, because I'm lazy. We don't need more mods, I'm sorry.

If gtq needs more mods, the other moderators usually discuss it and bring it up to gtq guy.
In the past, gtq guy was the one to handle all that stuff, but he's rarely active anymore. When I became moderator, the other mods had to keep harassing him to add me 💀 lol -
