Before I go, I want to apologize for coming off like that. I just didn’t appreciate the way you said it.
"Rules are rules" made it seem snarky and bossy. And just the whole wording in all wasn’t as professional and light as Acrimony’s. Just the way you said it made me NOT want to do it at all.
I hope you consider wording it better for other people. -
