My parents want me to take the dog for a walk when it's windy cloudy and feels like 19 outside

Unless Spice comes on and then we usually respond back and forth -

Nuh-uh. No way am I taking the dog for a walk.
I was doing a couple things outside and I was only out there for somewhere between 5-10 minutes.
The tips of my hair are frozen
My ears feel like they're going to freeze off
I have windburn
My feet and hands are numb
The wind is biting and chilling, it's damp outside, there is no way I'm going for a walk.
