probably because you had your arm or hand in a weird position for a while that causes muscle strain.
or just from stress or any sort of related thing. mine did this last week, but it was bc of a strain -

That's a hard one. Baked potatoes are amazing and Shepherds pie is good, roasted potatoes are delicious if you make them with Worcestershire sauce, you can never go wrong with cheesey potatoes, it's too hard a question -
