oh same here! i thought of some like guitar playing for some reason earlier and then it got this random song stuck in my head that i was listening to a couple days ago.

I one time had Bibbity-Bobbity-Boo stuck in my head for a month. I do not want to go through that again.
Although there was a certain rhythm that I had stuck in my head for about a year. The band director was trying to drill it into the percussion's heads, but instead, she got it drilled into mine. -

This is another remedy that predates modern medicine. Sugar is a quick source of energy for the cells that are trying to heal, and studies have shown that honey is even more effective at promoting healing than sugar. Just make sure to drink some water afterward to rinse away any sweet residue.
