Oh ok. That's just something my neighbor told me. He looked up an ingredient in it and it turned out to be beaver fat.

That reminds me of a recipe with acorn squash. You cut it in half, put ground beef and bread crumbs and cheese in the hole in the middle and bake it.

It is. Unfortunately acorn squash didn't go on sale last year and so I didn't have any at all last year
