Do your best to be nice to them. It shows them that they're not getting to you.

i don't think they're nessecarily trying to be mean
they're just like dead and cold? its weird -
Well, just because they take care of you, doesn't mean they care, if that makes sense.
Some of them have no intention to really do this job. They might just do it because it pays them.
But, if you try to get to know them better, maybe they'll feel appreciated and actually have more enthusiasm for their job.
