Alright, so first of all you put too much pressure on yourself. Im not sure how to explain it but i dont think it's good for you.
You sometimes get too emotional but i know you;ve been working on that and you've been making big improvement.

You care what other people think of you too much sometimes. Sometimes you just need to ignore what other people think.

I do need to get better at not taking on so many things. I tend to absorb others' problems and stress when I am in no position to. Not sure how to work on that one, though.

I don't know how to do that. My therapist has tried to help me understand that notion, but my brain can't make sense of it.

I think that there's not much for me to do on the "taking things the wrong way" part, aside from asking for clarification, which I've started doing now. It's extremely difficult to tell tone through text. :( -
