What's the difference

Orthodontists are the ones that do all of the braces stuff, you'll have to go to them to get braces/price quotes/etc
Your dentist can recommend you to one, but they don't actually have braces equipment -
Yeah, that's why I went to the dentist because I had a toothache that kept me up all night

And the dentist office told us to come back to get my tooth fixed and get braces

I need to brush my hair more, it's a frickin rat's nest

I'm so useless, I don't clean I don't know how to make anything I don't exercise and I only go to three places in my house

Hey, it's okay to not do things sometimes. You aren't useless. I'm assuming you're just in a rough patch right now; everyone falls into them. You'll make it through.
I also fail to exercise or leave my room. Covid-19/quarantine really, really sucks for mental health.
