  Well, I'm fighting with depression, a little anxiety. I sometimes feel borderline unstable, mentally. But, I'm actually at peace this morning.

  i know what you mean, i’ve dealt with depression and especially anxiety for years. i’m still learning new things about how i react to those and to my OCD all the time
