Yes, I am still saying smokey. If you want to count the charmin bear's family, then we also have to consider smokey's, which includes but is not limited to countless human mascots, a squirrel, a skunk, and many other animals speaking about fire safety. Your original quandary made me think it'd be a one on one match, but if you wish to throw the whole charmin bear family in, then you need also consider the forest fire family
