mmhm!! I accidentally f---ed up the meringue so it's kind of like marshmallow topping instead. I'd share a photo, because they are still tasty, but they aren't up to my personal standard so no pic this time unu

I can't make frosting in general.

it's not too difficult if you have a hand mixer or stand mixer
but it's difficult to make with just a whisk and arm muscles -
I've used both. It always turns out too runny.

Maybe you need more solid ingredients? When making buttercream, I usually add milk a tablespoon at a time instead of all at once

Yeah, I do that too. And the directions say that if it's too runny, add more powdered sugar. I add at least five cups extra and it doesn't do a thing.
