Your tendons and muscle actually. But if you stretch the tendons around the joints you wish to dislocate you can do it regularly without pain

Its not, just manipulating the human body. If you have ever seen a contortionist thats exactly what they are doing -
Its really handy if you need to escape from something tho. Scared the s--- out of one of my friends with it XD

I cant do it anymore, as i stopped doing it 3-4 years ago and the tendons have sense unstretched themselves. My right thumb joint where it connects to my hand still clicks when i move it however
