Ok!
So Era has schizophrenia, and i use this as a fun mechanic in any roleplay i use them in! Basically, if you talk out of character
(Like this) and your character is near Era, Era can hear you! They normally will ignore you, but if you ask questions they can answer you
They arnt compleatly mute, but are mute in a similar way to Guardian! An old throat injury pervents them from speaking easily -

Era doesnt get gifts often, even though they frequently give them out. Giving them a gift will make them very happy.
While they do have a fear of touch, if they know you well enough and trust you enough, they can touch you for short periods of time! They normally will do this by just leaning on people
Their fear of touch stems from the fact that untill they came to the school, they had never known a freindly touch. As a result they automatically associate touch with pain -
Era gives out gifts because they are afraid that if they dont give people things they will abandon them. The reason reciving a gift makes Era so happy is they think that being given a gift means that the gift giver wants them to stay around
