But yeah like you know how kids will always go and sit in santa's lap and tell him what they wish for? My parents always tried to get me to do that but the idea of me sitting in a strangers lap whispering secrets to them didn't sound very appealing to me as a child. -
I stopped believing in Santa when I was in kindergarten. Here's how the conversation went between me and my mom:
Me: I don't believe in Santa.
Mom: Why not?
Me: Well, how do his reindeer fly?
Mom: Magic.
Me: But you told me that magic is from the devil.
Mom: ...
Mom: Go practice piano.
And my sister was in the room during that conversation. -
magic is not from the devil :c
