I have a tiny question for the mods, but idk where I should go to ask them cause I don't want to make a new thread in the feedback and updates forum and there are no other threads that I feel like I could use aghh

Gosh I hate those pills
Although my mom said that it probably wasn't the pills and it was probably just a bug because the naproxin (I think) is supposed to be a fever reducer or something like that, so I wouldn't have gotten a fever from taking it
But that doesn't change the fact I feel sick -

My stomach is not doing any better.
I went on an hour long bike ride today, hoping it would help relieve the pain, but it didn't really help or make it worse. At least the bike ride was nice though.
I haven't had a fever all day, so that's good. -
For some reason my dumb brain decided to make up the worst case scenario and I imagined that I actually had some cancerous tumor in my stomach and that I might die
