  Maybe at the next C4K I can steal everybody's tin foil and make one. But that's in 6 months. I'm better of just making one at home.

  I didn't at the time. So I made it, thought "since I couldn't find my hat, I'll make one" put it one, and all was fine until I went to take it off

  So you didn't put the duct tape backwards, and then put the second layer of duct tape forwards so that the two sticky sides touch?
