So, even though I hate basketball I'm forced to play it. Anyway, I'm not the best shooter. But when we play Knock-Out during practice, I time my shot to when the person behind me shoots so that they can't make it in. Then they have to run from the free-throw line to get their ball, and it's an easy shot for me.
