i just wish if i were this mentally sick,,, that i at least had this aspect resolved sksks -
everyone’s proud of me for handling this so well
but i feel like a fraud
there was truth to what gabby said— how the body reacts in shock or when your brain feels like it’s unsafe
i’m starting to realize that i maybe went into emotional survival mode
