You click a type of quiz to do. The most popular is "The Test" and "The Multi Result Quiz." For your first quiz I suggest you select option one.

No, because if you click "The Test" that's not one of the results you can give. Your quiz is percentage. So maybe you could do a "Would I date you" quiz, and 100% means yes and 0% means no. The "Would I date you" quizzes are a very popular quiz topic.
