❥ i feel so uncomfortable and sometimes even guilty when people comment abt my weight. it doesn’t matter if someone is big or small, thick or thin, tall or short. body shaming is body shaming. even when it seems like a compliment, it makes me feel ashamed because i have struggled w eating disorders for a few years. i know sometimes people don’t mean harm, but it can hurt.
