Yup. That's what happens when cats scratch you. My cat doesn't even scratch me cause he's mad at me. He does his "happy paws" thing when he's purring and then he ends up scratching me and then I flinch and then he looks at me like ""dude. Get over it. It probably didn't even hurt. Now keep petting me."

I'm ticklish when my cat kneads me with his paws and I try to hold it in not to scare him.
