there are two heads of my department at university
one of them is also the supervisor for Pride Club but she isn't the advisor for my major or anything
she actually talks to me more than my actual advisor
today she messaged me asking how things are and I got scared she was gonna say that like I don't qualify for the scholarship or something
idk she was just having casual conversation
turns out she was just buttering me up to ask me to join an organization she sponsors next semester 🤦
she really had me nervous -
I will join though, seems like something I would enjoy quite a bit. I wouldn't be opposed to looking into it as a specialty either
