Would anyone be interested in something similar to "Brand New Animal"?

For those of you who don't know what that is: There are people who are human, and people who can turn into beasts. The beast people are oppressed, and there's only one city where they are safe and can live however they choose.

Rather than full on beasts, I'm thinking about humans with animal features (like a neko, where they have cat ears/tail and whatnot). I would also not really follow the plot of BNA, as I have some of my own ideas in mind.

I'd like to do this as a small group plot (4 total people), though I wouldn't mind doing it as a 1 on 1.
