This girl really asked me out 3 different times these past few days on separate hours of the day while I was on shift but my dumb--- didn’t pick up the hints

Then she asked to go to the record store and I was like nah I prefer listening to music on Spotify and I have a meeting with the boys at 5
Then the final straw that I think pushed her over the edge was her telling me that I was too busy and that she understood but would like me to maybe go out and help her get a starter board

I said “ I can’t I have an assignment due at 12 and I’m working overtime
I was so mean and I didn’t even realized until the friend group roasted me -
But I genuinely am working and I work to survive I can’t afford to take time off just because the pretty girl with the indie outfits and brown hair and big blue eyes with Harry Potter bottle cap thick glasses comes into my life
