You have to ask if the person at the other end can put their phone on speaker.
Once they do that, you have to yell, "COVID (or coronavirus) IS GOING TO INFECT US ALL!!! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!"
Then you can explain that it was a dare. You have to say that you were dared to type in a random phone number (it's random to you), and yell that. You can't say anything about who gave you the dare. -
