Something really strange just happened to me...
I was just wondering through my house and suddenly I just felt a wave of sadness wash over me. I felt like I was going to cry so I sat down on a couch to try and stop myself. I honestly have no clue why I would cry but my dog seemed to sense that I was upset so he wandered over to me and curled up next to me. He’s usually very happy and insensitive to me when I’m sad. -
That's been happening with me lately. Sudden surges of sadness for absolutely no reason. I was crying for hours. I think it's just the stress of everything the past few months finally getting to me.

I’ve been stressed my whole life ngl. My parents are constantly talking about their work and they’re telling me to chill out about life. It’s a bit hard when your parents expect you to get 100’s in every class.
