So, I was just playing in a basket ball game, and I saw a boy in the sands that was exactly like a boy I had drawn in a park scene with a bunch of people in it. Exact clothes, and everything.

That's what I was thinking. But I had drawn that picture a few years ago.

Psychic abilities are not always a current thing. You could have seen this boy in the future and drew him, and have now reached the future you saw back then.
