I just remembered when he asked me for my help on a car, because my mom was gone, and I'm really strong, and he was having trouble getting a gasket out. I held down the thing that the gasket was in, while he used a screwdriver to get it out. That gasket definitely needed replacing. You're just supposed to get your finger underneath it, and pull it out. It's rubber. It's supposed to be easy to get out. A minute at the most. After 20 mins, we finally got it out. We spent the rest of the morning drinking kool-aid as a reward for our accomplishment.
