i do not understand christianity sometimes.
what exactly is a confirmation?
i’m assuming this is associated with christianity since that is your religion?
i’m not saying any of this to be rude. i genuinely want to know. -
Yes, I am Christian.
Confirmation is basically becoming an adult in God's eyes, I guess. You get to start taking communion. And it's also a profession of your faith. You've thoroughly studied your doctrine and what your faith means. You're swearing before God that you will defend your faith to the end, even to death. -

No, not really. Most people take Confirmation classes at church and get Confirmed when they're in their early teens (at least in the Lutheran church. I think Catholics usually do it when they're in second or third grade) But there's also adult confirmands. You can get confirmed at any time. Just talk to your pastor and say that you want to be confirmed. You'll have to go through a bunch of studying, but it will happen.

Yeah, I don't know when Baptist churches do Confirmation. I think it's the same as Lutherans? I'm not sure.
