Look who’s back from the dead!
It’s funny how we change over time. Just last year I remember making a “hey guys it’s my birthday!” thread and being all worried that no one would reply, and 365 days later I can honestly say I don’t give a damn if no one reads or replies to this. No offense to you guys or anything — all I mean is that I’ve learned some tough lessons and actually grown up a little since I last posted as “Hiccstrid.” I’m still highly immature and don’t act anywhere near my age, but I’m getting there.
Even though I haven’t been active for several months, I still love you guys and miss being here. It’s like coming home every time I log on. GTQ was where I first began to find myself. I owe you guys everything. Thanks for putting up with me on and off for 4+ years.
ALSO HAPPY LATE BDAY TO ELLO AND CODY, HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT YEAR AND A GREAT LIFE AHEAD OF YOU! 😁🎈
Personal life update for anyone who cares: My life is continuing to fall apart, and I’m trying my best not to crumble along with it. This is one of the hardest ordeals I’ve ever experienced, probably second only to the hell I went through in 2015. But hopefully stuff will calm down after the New Year and I’ll finally be able to progress toward being an adult. I actually might start learning how to drive in a few months, and maybe start getting a career underway. But at the moment, I’m pretty frustrated with myself and I can’t quite pull myself together enough to be as productive as I’d like. I really hope I do soon, because I don’t want to remember 2019 with regrets. I want this to be a good year, and I want to finish strong.
So yeah, that’s about it for me. I’ll pop back in to bump my thread in a few weeks, but I’ll be heading out for now. Love you guys! 😊

The only thing I get to sing when I turn 16 is that song from the musical I forgot the name of, "I am 16, oing on 17"
