Nah, they're at the beach and Spongebob's a bodyguard or something. He gets paranoid that people will hurt themselves if they get into the water, so he tapes it off and gives everyone icecream. Then Patrick goes into the water looking for the icecream, Spongebob tries to save him but they both end up almost drowning and Patrick's like "butt cramp!.. need icecream!..."
