What do boys do about their sixteenth birthday? Do they make a fuss about it too, or no? I've always wondered.

Yeah? Well, I got super psyched, but in retrospect--sixteen seems to be the messiest year for me. I've had more downs than ups. I was so broken when I realized this. All that i'd imagined it meant to be sixteen--it wasn't. Not a single thing...Meeting you was probably the highlight of my year, no joking!

I see normal as socializing, getting allowance, hanging out with friends, going on vacations. You know, things that almost everybody does!

Me neither! I never really do or can! I just feel so weird whenever someone asks me, "Well, what do you do?"
Two of the weirdest situations for me is being dragged into a conversation about proms and school (because I'm homeschooled and I don't like school) and meeting a friend of a cousin. I feel so out of place. -

I feel most comfortable alone. So much so, I don't even like being around more than four people, even if they're family. And even then, they have to be a certain age range--the age that they'll be quiet and reserved.

But two strange things about myself
One: According to my parents, I act at least four years older than I am, and I have three friends who are all in their twenties because of this.
Two: I don't tend to get along well with other girls exactly my age, or elder girls much older than me. (I don't know why I get so defensive around girls. That's really a boy thing to get defensive around other boys.) -
